Wrap & Roast grew out of Halal Flavor House on the corner of Arthur and Main in Ridgefield Park, NJ — with a simple conviction: halal food should be bold, creative, and genuinely delicious. Same kitchen, same familiar faces, just a bigger stage.
The fusion kitchen
We pushed the shawarma tradition somewhere new — beef shawarma cheesesteak, chicken shawarma quesadillas, Cairo falafel alongside classic wraps and rice bowls. Great flavor doesn't have to pick a side.
